Spiros Pampoukidis was born in 1966 and he took his degree from the Faculty of Computer Science University of Crete. He founded OTS S.A. in 1993 and since then holds the position of the Managing Director. He has a first hand experience from numerous projects in both the private and the public sector in Greece, and several innovations that are now well established in the Greek public sector related to applications and service concepts have been architected by him. |
