1. The response of our services to your expectations
 
In case you totally agree that the services offered by the ALTEC Research Programmes Division are fully meeting the expectations you have from us, choose VERY GOOD.

In case you think that our services in general meet your expectations, but there is still space for improvements, choose GOOD.

If you think that our services are only moderately accepted and that there is considerable space for improvements, choose FAIR.

Finally, if your judgment is that our services do not meet at all your expectations, for your answer choose POOR.
