ONAR version 3 enables cloud computing focusing on Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs). ALTEC will provide its network infrastructures to host private cloud pools. The ONAR approach to cloud computing is both IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) oriented enabling users through its cloud to host and develop ONAR Services. The new version of ONAR Framework Components (ONAR Concepts and Services designer, ONAR Deployment and Publication Server and ONAR Page Server) are designed to facilitate the process of developing and deploying services to the cloud. |

Our main goal is to facilitate the creation and transition of SMEs’ services to the cloud reducing the cost of development and hosting. In the new version of ONAR Framework ONAR Deployment and Publication Server become platform services available for the registered users of ONAR.
