Dr. Theodore N. Tsekos, is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration with the Higher Institute for Technological Education of Kalamata, Greece . He is a former director of the Greek Institute for Civil Servants Training and a former director of the International Center for Public Administration in Transitional Countries, a joint UN and Greek Government project based in Thessaloniki , Greece . He has extensive experience as a consultant and a trainer in technical cooperation projects for SEE and Mediterranean countries. He is the author of numerous papers and articles on Public Administration issues.
