The Workshop is an initiative supported by the European Commission, DG INFSO & MEDIA, and will take place in Brussels, on 27 October 2011. The workshop invites all eGovernment stakeholders as well as public administrations, and especially those linked to European Union funded initiatives to come along and discuss the following workshop topics:
- Design and production of eGovernment services by users
- Design of eServices encouraging collaboration between public sector and customers
- Use of technology for successful and sustainable co-production of eGovernment services
- Web 2.0 services for collaborative production
- Government transformation and customer centricity
- Benefits achieved and public value created through co-production of services by public agencies and citizens
- Engagement of citizens in citizen-government collaboration: Motivation mechanisms stimulating collaboration
- Collaborative business models in eGovernment
- Social computing for public services
Based on the case of the DIEGO project, ALTEC shall present a value-based approach for the shaping of business models to support the collaborative production of inclusive eGovernment Services.
